Our Barista Workshop Course is designed for those who are beginners in Coffee, for people who wish to further their Barista skills, or for those with a very keen interest in Coffee.

10:00-10:30 Introduction to coffee and the history of coffee.

10:30-11:00 Tamping techniques and parts of coffee machine and grinder

11:00-11:30 Introduction to espresso and grinder adjustment 

11:30-12:30 Milk steaming introduction 

12:30-13:00 Lunch 

13:00-15:30 Espresso based drinks and and introduction to latte art

15:30-16:00 Maintenance & cleaning of coffee machine and equipment. 

16:00 Finish

The Cost is €155 per person

The course starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm. There is a lunch break 12.30pm.
